Simple. Natural. Healthy.

Healthy living used to seem easy.

Not long ago we ate our food from the garden, drank our water from the hose, and played at the neighbor’s house until the sun went down and our moms yelled, “Dinner!!!”

Somewhere along the line, though, living healthy became more complicated. More food came from packages, produce became depleted of essential nutrients, (while other things were added), the workforce quadrupled, stress increased, and we traded small and simple for “bigger and better.” But did we?

Despite those things we can’t change, and a clock we can’t reverse, we’re still on a mission to take back healthy!

You may be one among them who desires a healthier lifestyle but has no clue of where to start. After all, new tips and advice on diet and healthy living emerge daily. You’re tired and confused of sorting through it all, and I get it. That’s why I’m here to help!

You might ask how I’m different…
I’ll walk beside you, keeping it simple. We’ll start with a free consultation where I’ll seek to understand your current goals and lifestyle. After that we’ll take one healthy step at a time. No judgement, only encouragement. I’ll keep you accountable so that you’ll reach your goals and get the results you need.

I’ll be available to you alone or to your whole family.
One healthy step at a time.
(Sense of humor definitely included!)

Hello from Massachusetts! One thing we love about growing our own produce is how much we've learned about what so many herbs and greens do for us! I love Tusli (holy) Basil tea now through the winter, for it's cold and flu preventing properties . Cilantro has so many benefits, such as toxic metal cleansing, and we make our own salsas! I never would have made my own pesto, and didn't realize parsley tastes so amazing and is good for teeth and gums, immunity, eyesight, and more! Trying new things has been fun, even mini pumpkins at my youngest's request! And salads are now cool to my kids! We grow in our basement playroom during the winter months, and have two for outside all summer. Such an incredible gift! The Tower community provides so many ideas and support any time we have questions.

It has been such a pleasure to be on Dawn's Juice Plus+ team. She is smart, kind, funny, dedicated. I know that I am in good hands when working with Dawn. She know the products and business inside and out, and I always have fun working with her. I decided to join Juice Plus+ because the products made so much sense, and it was something I could do to earn an income on my own timeline. One of the things I appreciate most about Dawn is that she has always met me wherever I am on that timeline and has never pressured me to go faster than I can handle. She's a great role model. I'm so grateful to be on her team. I'm sure you will be too!

As an aspiring collegiate athlete, I was totally committed to improving my performance in order to play at the level I always dreamed. However, this commitment didn't leave much room to pursue any of my other passions or interests. After college graduation, I wanted a career that would allow me both time and financial freedom so I could chase my next dream and that's why the Juice Plus+ Virtual Franchise is a perfect fit for me. Since getting my virtual franchise rolling I have fostered amazing friendships, become a strong business woman, am continually educating myself about health in a powerful way, and still have time to volunteer for organizations I'm extremely passionate about. When I explain to people what this business can do for them, the best thing I can say is that it can provide options, and options mean freedom!

In 2011, following a bout of pneumonia, I was looking for ways to improve and maintain my health. My husband and I started taking Juice Plus+ (capsules for me, gummies for him). In the past 8 years, I have had 2 colds and he has had one, and no other illnesses. My grandsons participate in the Healthy Starts for Families program and have also only had a handful of colds, even though they have been in day care and elementary school. I firmly believe that Juice Plus+ has been a major contributor to my family's health.

What is a Tower Garden? A Tower Garden is a clean, easy-to-use, eco-friendly vertical aeroponics growing device. In a nutshell, it is an instant garden that can grow fruits and vegetables year-round inside your home! Utilizing the same technology that NASA uses, these tower gardens can grow larger plants in less time than regular gardening techniques. They don’t require soil, weeding, or digging, and eliminate most of the physical labor of traditional gardening. Rather than getting nutrients from soil and the sun, plants in a tower garden use a nutrient rich water and a light system to mimic this environment in a more efficient way. They come with all of the supplies you need to begin growing your garden, so they are ideal for beginners or new gardeners! What exactly is Aeroponics? In the world of gardening, you may hear terms such as “hydroponics” and “aeroponics,” which are really just fancy words for the way that the plants get their nutrients, specifically ways that do not use soil. Hydroponics is actually a term used to describe 6 different methods of growing plants with water-based solutions rather than soil. Aeroponics is one of these methods in which plant roots are actually suspended in the air, and get their nutrients from a special type of nutrient-rich water. This method uses no soil (or even soil substitute), no pesticides, and 90% less water than other gardening methods. To learn more about aeroponic and hydroponic gardening , check out this article . What (and when) can I grow a Tower Garden? One of the most convenient features of an aeroponic garden tower is the ability to grow fruits and vegetables regardless of the time of year! Some plants are better suited for indoor growing vs outdoor growing. The ideal crops for an indoor Tower Garden are leafy, non-fruiting vegetables and herbs. Fruiting plants, such as cucumbers, tomatoes, and squash are ideal for outdoor gardening. They will grow big and hang low to the point where they reach the floor. Some of the best foods to grow in an indoor Tower Garden are the following: Kale, Basil, Cilantro, Lettuce (Bibb, Romaine, Mustard greens, Dill, Mint, Spinach, Swiss chard, Microgreens, Herbs (Lavender, Parsley, Rosemary, Sage), Collards (all types), and so many more!

Did you know that once you feel thirsty that you’re already dehydrated? It’s recommended that we drink enough water so that we never reach the point of feeling thirsty. Our body depends on water to survive. Every cell, tissue and organ in our body needs water to work properly. Did you know that our body as a whole, including our organs, is made up of 70% water? It’s crucial that we stay hydrated so that our body is able to function properly and that we remain in overall good health.
